The Mumbai Blue Restaurant opened it's doors to the public in late 2003 and has become a thriving restaurant serving the discerning diner with a wide variety of Indian foods.

At the Mumbai Blue we pride ourselves in bringing you relaxation, romance and a contemporary style of fine Indian Cuisine. Whatever the occasion, from the moment that you walk through the door and are greeted by the restaurant team, you can feel at home. Our table staff are here to help with expert knowledge in fine Indian dinning.

The restaurant has tables that seat from two to many and a secluded raised area provides a perfect venue for a quieter meal.

The Food

The team of Chefs within the kitchen strive to provide the perfect meal, using a range of traditional and contemporary cooking styles. We select all of our ingredients from the finest sources and spices are blended to give each dish a unique flavour.

From the familiar favorites to exotic and unnusual dishes, our Chefs will please your palate with spectacular tastes and your eyes with the amazing array of colours in each dish.

With over twenty starters and a huge selection of main courses, we cater for all tastes. Why not try one of our signature dishes such as the Tawa... a strongly spiced, but medium hot dish, prepared in a flat pan and served sizziling to the table.

For that special meal you may like to consider Lobster Ranga Chingri which includes scented Pilau rice and curried vegetables and is elegantly garnished.

As well as our special and signature dishes, we cater for your tastes with the classic dishes such as Vegetable Biryani, Creamy Kormas, Balti and Tikka dishes; in addition we include some Western Specials.

The Mumbia Blue is a stylish restaurant in the heart of the West Midlands, serving the finest of Indian Cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. We are fully licensed, comfortably air conditioned and have our own private car parking.

The Mumbai Blue has always been out to impress, never just a meal; never rushed - a whole experience of fine food. All of our food is freshly prepared by skilled Indian Chefs using carefully selected ingredients and unique blends of spices.

Our team of Master Chefs, trained in India, provide us with an extensive menu, including a wide variety of vegetarian, fish and meat dishes.

•Sunday to Thursday, we open 5pm to Midnight

•Friday and Saturday, we open 5pm to 12.30am

•For prebooked parties, we open at lunchtime

Review.....

The Mumbai Blue is the one restaurant that if you havent visited you really are missing out. Now when I recomend the Mombai Blue people always say Its to far or you have to go around the reeking to get back and so on, but take my word for it, Its worth it.

The food here is possibly the best I have tasted in Coventry and possibly Birmingham.

the menu caters for all and the quality is outstanding. not far off a 5 star award here.

Upon leaving the restaurant you can use the

newly built over pass which is o.45 mile doen the road, this leads either back on to the A45 if you turn right and then right again to Coventry or left into Meridan.
