Right, this is a recipe that people have been asking me for since, well a very long time!
It is secret and this is the first time I have published it so try it and enjoy it.
Please let me know what you think in the comments box on the right.
Anthony Johnson (CIM).

The Ingredients you will need for 2 steaks (sirloin is best) is.

1 Clove of garlic (crushed)
half an English onion finely chopped
salt & pepper to taste
2 oz of butter
150 ml of dry white wine or white wine vinegar
Quarter of a bottle Worcestershire sauce
full pot of Double cream 250ml.
Corn Flower.

The main thing here is timing if you get it right then it will be perfection.
First heat a frying pan with the butter in, make sure its a high heat.
When the butter has melted and sizzling add the garlic and Onions.
While they are frying salt and pepper the steaks then add them to the onions and garlic.
Brown on the steaks Still on High heat each side in the garlic and Onions then remove.
Still cooking the onions until Clear add the Worcestershire sauce, white wine or white wine vinegar and reduce the heat to medium and put the steaks back in.
Cook for a further 3 mins turning half way for medium, 5 mins for well done (based on 8oz )
Now remove the steak and place on plates.
Now slowly add the cream stirring slowly Until a nice light brown colour.
Now dependant on your taste you can use the corn flower to thicken the sauce.
Now add to your steak and Enjoy!
