Slow Cooker recomended.
The Ingredients you will need.
1 leek Chop leek finely
1.5 pound of braising beef cubed.
Potatos 5 large choped into cubes
salt & pepper to taste
Worcestershire sauce 2 table spoons.
2 table spoons of Chutney
2 beef stock cubes
2 veg stock cubes
75cl of water
Add boiling water to slowcooker
stir in stock cubes still stiring add the leek and Worcestershire sauce, chutney.
now add the beef cook on low for 5 hours.
add salt and pepper to taste.
